Mentoring
Adam has been a mentor in the Law Society mentoring program since 2023. He has assisted mentees with career changes, workplace issues, managing up, dealing with conflict, and ethical issues.
Adam is open to informal mentoring requests from solicitors, in-house and government lawyers, bar readers and junior counsel.
Adam is also a mentor in the Department of Defence EMPower Enterprise Wide Mentoring Program which connects ADF members and APS employees. The program is facilitated by Art of Mentoring.

Career coaching
Adam has a wealth of legal career experience in Commonwealth government litigation teams, as a tribunal registrar, in private practice, in contract secondments to in-house legal teams, and now at the independent bar.
He has equally broad non-legal career experiences across large and small Australian Government agencies, Regular and Reserve service in the Australian Army, and pharmacy practice in clinical, retail, and regulatory roles. Adam served 21 years in the Australian Public Service at the Executive Level.
Adam is open to confidential career conversations, or can assist with career coaching for legal practitioners who are evaluating their options, seeking insights into new practice areas, or navigating towards their career goals.
